Cancellation policy

Pre-orders and other purchase options
Some products are sold on pre-order. Pre-order items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page, and we’ll email you if that date changes.
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it’s dispatched. Email info@mammalstrength.co.uk with your order number.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard 30-day Refund policy applies.
If an order includes in-stock items as well as pre-order items, we may send them separately at no extra cost.
