Knee Sleeves - Which ones to pick?

Knee sleeves can be a great addition to your training kit but not all knee sleeves are created equal.

First of all knee sleeves can vary in thickness:

Double ply fabric sleeves - 3mm thickness

  • They are super soft and comfortable to wear, allowing them to fit snugly around the knees. Perfect for those lighter/longer sessions where more movement may be required.
  • Great for active runners, walkers, or for people who are taking on a longer lower body workout. 

Neoprene weightlifting sleeves - 5mm thickness
  • With 5mm thickness as well as bilateral double stitched seams, they provide maximum support, compression, and stability whilst at the same time allowing optimum flexibility.
  • They can help provide comfort and support to your knees during heavy lifts and Cross training.
  • They have been designed specifically for weightlifting allowing for fast movement during the explosive lifts without compromising on the support that they give.

Neoprene Powerlifting Sleeves -7mm Thickness
  • With 7mm thickness as well as bilateral double stitched seams, they provide maximum support, compression, and stability whilst at the same time allowing movement for heavy lifting.
  • These just like the 5mm sleeves are great for weightlifting but provide slightly more support so are perfect for powerlifters or bodybuilders who want to squat heavy without compromising on quality and flexibility.
